It's always so special to get to do sessions for family. I am thankful I got to walk around downtown and midtown with Hollyn and her dad, plus a couple of their dear friends. We had a great time, and I just love that blue on Hollyn! Congrats to this 2026 graduate! (Click any pic to see it larger.)

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that Hollyn's mom, Leah (my husband's cousin), was surely missed on this day. She would have loved every minute of our session with her baby girl, and she absolutely would have brought all of the laughter and fun! I missed her for sure; there's no doubt in my mind that Hollyn and her dad missed her way more than I did. Life sure is unfair sometimes. I will say, however, our session was made sweeter by having Leah's lifelong bestie, Dixie, with us, along with her daughter, Gabrielle. They provided the moral support, they brought out the smiles, and they even helped assist me!

Thank you, Hollyn and Shane, and Dixie and Gabrielle, for a great session! I enjoyed my time with y'all!
